Town & Country Veterinary Clinic and Emergency Hospital is seeking compassionate, motivated veterinarians to join our growing, progressive, full-service small animal practice in Christiansburg, Virginia, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Southwest Virginia and just minutes from Virginia Tech.
As a graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (VMRCVM), I have always had a special connection to this area. I truly love living and practicing veterinary medicine in the New River Valley, and I am proud of the hospital and team we have built here. It is a wonderful place to build a career, raise a family, and enjoy everything Southwest Virginia has to offer.
Our established, privately owned hospital is home to 11 veterinarians and more than 70 dedicated support staff members, providing exceptional veterinary care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our newly constructed, 15,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital offers advanced technology, outstanding support, and a collaborative environment where veterinarians can practice high-quality medicine.
Our Hospital Features
Digital radiography and abdominal/cardiac ultrasound
Comprehensive in-house diagnostic laboratory
CO surgical and therapeutic lasers
Endoscopy and advanced diagnostic capabilities
Routine, emergency, and orthopedic surgery, including fracture plating and TPLOs
Critical care and 24-hour ICU monitoring
10 examination rooms, including dedicated comfort rooms
Two spacious surgical suites and a separate dental/procedure suite
Multiple hospitalization wards and separate canine/feline waiting areas
Luxury boarding, grooming, and spa services
Spacious staff meeting room and outdoor patio

We are seeking veterinarians for full-time and part-time positions in daytime general practice, wellness and preventive care, surgery, urgent care, and emergency medicine, including overnight opportunities.
