What kind of medicine will I practice?
All kinds! We support Urgent Care, General Practice, Dentistry, and Surgery. We also offer ultrasound, and reproductive services. We’re a growing hospital that thrives on advancing our patient care, and building real momentum.

Will I keep learning?
Absolutely. Our DVMs can join hands-on Advanced Skills Labs in Advanced Surgery, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, ECC, HFOT, HBOT, and 3D CT. A recent surgery lab featured a Liver Lobectomy, Diaphragmatic Hernia repair, Anal Sacculectomy, PU, and more. 

What does compensation look like?
Associate DVMs earn $140k-$200k+ annually through base salary plus production bonuses and incentives. Your salary is guaranteed with no negative accrual, and everything is negotiable based on hours, schedule, and experience.

And time off?
No cap on vacation days. Plus a robust 401(k) (no match required), Wellness Reimbursement, a generous CE allowance, and more.
