Description
Position Overview
If you are someone that wants to feel good at the end of each day, not just about the medicine you provided but for all the families that you helped, we want to talk to you!
Practice Overview
Access Veterinary Care opened in 2018 with the mission to increase access to veterinary care, using a spectrum-of-care approach and an open heart to reach more families. As August of 2026, we've merged with My Pit Bull is Family and now serve our community as a clinical program under this amazing nonprofit organization! Our goal is to provide exceptional veterinary care in an approachable, affordable, and accessible way. We are proud to reflect our community and serve our neighbors.
We have a strong support staff to doctor ratio. Our support staff are highly skilled and constantly learning new skills, allowing for high utilization so our DVMs can focus on DVM-level tasks. This “team sport” approach allows us to support one another to the finish line!
Our current services include urgent care, scheduled and emergency surgeries, and a dedicated preventative care day. The clinic is currently open Monday - Saturday, with the hopes of opening up urgent care and surgery services on Sundays in the future. Our DVMs enjoy rotating set schedules for consistency, with flexibility to swap shifts with teammates to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
