We are seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team.
Well-established small animal hospital serving our community 35+ years known for high-quality medicine, strong client relationships, and a collaborative culture. As part of the Outpost Veterinary network, we are building a different kind of veterinary organization, one that supports hospitals without taking away their identity, culture, or clinical voice.

The Role
As an Associate Veterinarian you will:
Provide preventative, medical, and surgical care
Build strong and lasting client relationships
Collaborate with a supportive doctor and technician team
Contribute ideas that improve the hospital
Help shape the future of a growing practice
Practice medicine with appropriate time and support

4 day work week (flexibility available)

Requirements
What We're Looking For
DVM or VMD degree
Licensed (or eligible) in Arizona
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented mindset
Commitment to high quality medicine
Growth mindset and collaborative attitude
Experience levels welcome, we value attitude, curiosity, and cultural fit as much as years in practice.
