Are you a recent DVM graduate or a GP veterinarian ready to transition into emergency medicine? At Standiford Veterinary Center, we offer a structured Emergency Mentorship Program designed to launch your career in emergency and surgical medicine with confidence.
This is a true training program — not a sink-or-swim ER role.
The Veterinary Emergency Mentorship Program:

What You’ll Receive:
Structured One-on-One Mentorship

Salary: $130,000-$200,000 (total compensation)
Benefits Package:
- To qualify, you must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a State Veterinary Board License in good standing. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401K with company match, and flexible spending account or health savings account options.
