Description
Prime Veterinary Center is opening July 2026 in North Aurora, Illinois—and we’re building something different.
A brand-new, high-end veterinary hospital.
A walk-in, non-appointment model built for access without cutting corners.
Advanced diagnostics. Thoughtful workflows. Medicine done right.
If you’re a veterinarian who cares deeply about quality, efficiency, and how medicine feels to practice, keep reading.
Why Prime?
Prime Veterinary Center was designed from the ground up to support exceptional medicine and sustainable careers. This is a place where you can think, diagnose, collaborate, and practice at a high level—without being rushed by an overbooked schedule or buried by chaos.
You’ll see a varied, engaging caseload in a walk-in setting that values clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient care over volume for volume’s sake.
This is modern veterinary medicine with intention.
Who This Role Is For?
This position is open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians.
If you’re a new grad, you’ll find mentorship, collaboration, and support without pressure to “just keep up.”
If you’re an experienced doctor, you’ll find autonomy, respect for your judgment, and the chance to help shape a hospital from day one.
What matters most to us is not years practiced—but how you practice.
What You’ll Experience
You’ll practice high-quality small animal medicine in a fast-paced but well-supported walk-in environment. You’ll use advanced diagnostics and modern technology to guide clinical decisions. You’ll work alongside a skilled technician team that values efficiency and communication. You’ll build real relationships with clients who appreciate accessible, thoughtful care.
And you’ll do all of this in a hospital that believes great medicine and great culture go hand in hand.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation with production opportunities.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
CE allowance and paid CE time.

We’d love to talk.
