Veterinarian – Dentistry Focus | Maple Valley, WA
Mountainside Animal Hospital is seeking a veterinarian with a strong interest in dentistry and oral surgery.
Fulltime, Part time, and Dentistry only roles are available.
We are a PRIVATELY OWNED, 4 year old modern small animal practice offering:

- A fully equipped surgical suite with heated tables and Doppler monitoring
- Therapeutic laser and a fully stocked pharmacy
- Strong mentorship for new graduates and professional autonomy for experienced veterinarians
Compensation & Benefits: We offer flexible, tailored compensation packages based on experience, skill level, and professional goals.
Salary DOE, compensation and production options: $130,000–$160,000+. (FT)

Requirements
- Licensed DVM
- Strong interest in dentistry and oral surgery; enthusiasm for performing anesthetic dental procedures and oral surgical treatments.
- Ability and desire to perform soft tissue surgery and general medical care for dogs and cats.
- Comfortable serving as the primary doctor overseeing dental services; dentistry only role optional.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients, colleagues, and support staff.
- Commitment to teamwork, mutual respect, and a positive hospital culture.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within a supportive, mentorship friendly environment.
- Sound clinical judgment with the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
- Professionalism, resilience, and a positive attitude when navigating the challenges of veterinary medicine.
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians are both encouraged to apply.
